Local favourite the Rezz hotel has reopened after a complete rebuild, with Pascale Construction proud to have helped deliver the project.
The project brief sought to honour the rich history of the Rezz by creating picturesque spaces for families and friends to come together, relax and share memorable experiences.
Pascale Construction’s role included the redevelopment of the Beer Garden, Sports Bar and Gaming Room, with the latter featuring designer broadloom carpet, and custom joinery and lighting.
Additionally, throughout the hotel the skilled design and craftsmanship by our tradesmen is obvious: spectacular curved brickwork, a circular rendered archway to the Promenade area, stone bench tops, high-end joinery and upholstery, with delicate feature lighting complimenting the internal textures.
Externally, several large, paved areas were included for alfresco dining, covered by timber verandas and surrounded by landscaped gardens.
Working with the architects, Studio Nine and the client; the project was delivered by Pascale Construction on budget. The client is extremely happy with the finished product, to the extent that Pascale Construction have been re-commissioned as the building partner on future stages.
