Pascale Construction’s founder and chairman, Fred Pascale, has announced his retirement after almost five decades of dedicated service to the building and construction industry. In 1982, Fred established F & M Pascale as a bricklaying business that evolved over 40 years into the successful commercial construction company that we know as Pascale Construction, never losing sight of his core family values.
Throughout his tenure, Fred understood that long-term relationships are built on a strong foundation of integrity and trust. He was passionate about his work and aspired to give his clients the best possible experience and project outcomes. His attention to detail, commitment to excellence and strong work ethic made him an inspiration to those around him and his vision and leadership over four decades have been instrumental in the development and success of Pascale Construction. Fred’s expertise and contribution to industry associations and panels are widely recognised and appreciated.
Fred was pleased to be able to be a part of Pascale Construction’s 40th-anniversary milestone celebration and rebrand before his retirement, and proud of the innovative qualities and values the new brand reflects.
Fred’s retirement was marked by a celebration at the beautiful Rezz function centre, where his colleagues, friends, and family gathered to celebrate his remarkable career. A great time was had by all as they reminisced on the many significant milestones Fred achieved throughout his career. Fred wore a personalised retirement cap that read ‘you can’t retire from being Fred’, featuring an illustration of his favourite classic car, which was parked outside on the grounds of the Rezz on the night.
Looking forward to his retirement, Fred plans to spend more quality time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He would like to travel as much as possible and looks forward to catching up with old friends, and tinkering with his classic car collection.
