Pascale Construction is the proud recipient of the prestigious 2023 Master Builders Australia (MBA) National Commercial/Industrial Construction Award – $5 million to 10 million for its Yangarra Estate Vineyard New Cellar Door and Bottle Store project.
The highly competitive MBA National Awards sets the Australian construction industry benchmark by recognising the highest-quality residential and commercial builders Australia-wide and showcasing the projects that have won them acclaim. All 2023 National Award Finalists are MBA Chapter 2023 Building Excellence Award Winners in their nominated categories.
The MBA (SA) judges described the entry as: “Pascale Construction has delivered an extraordinary addition to winery tourism and hospitality in South Australia. The client was delighted with the builder’s approach to the development of this building and the quality of the workmanship delivered on the project. Flawlessly burnished concrete floors with polished brass inserts set the challenge. Ceramic tiles 3.6 metres by 1.6 metres dressed the walls to the entry stairs, which were scribed around treads and risers, were fixed safely and to an excellent standard. The difficulty associated with the quality installation of the rolling wave battened ceilings and external soffits is worthy of recognition. Complex internal finishes required by the client were without fault. This project was delivered in a biodynamic and organic certified environment with extremely well-developed systems to manage quality, safety and environmental issues.”
