This project consisted of the construction of 13 independent living units located on the private Lend Lease “Townsend Park” site situated at Hove. There were 4 different floor plans that were completed, providing multiple layout options for the future purchasers. The project included a common landscaped area along the front of the properties, with private secure garden areas at the rear of the units. The units are constructed on raft concrete slabs with timber wall & roof framing, domestic aluminium windows, metal corrugated roofing & rendered hebel “power panel” external walls with feature bluestone & sandstone cladding to the entrances.

Internally, each unit was fitted out with new security systems, wireless nurse call systems, Miele appliances & LED lighting and offer open plan living and spacious alfresco areas. The living areas & dining areas contain feature timber flooring, caeserstone benches and feature pendant lighting.

The bathroom & ensuites boast semi-frameless shower suites with large format floor to ceiling tiles and high quality sanitary & tapware.

The project was challenging in regards to the existing levels that we had to work with. This required a considerable amount of time and coordination on our part, along with the Client & Civil Engineer, to provide an aesthetically pleasing and functional end result for the future residents.

The Pascale Construction Team proudly delivered this project five (5) weeks ahead of program.
