This project comprises the construction of seven separate two-storey buildings providing 14 individual dwellings with high quality finishes, and complexity in design. Additionally, the site is located in a bushfire zone with a steep incline surrounded by a combination of significant and non-significant trees with restricted access.

The project comprises a combination of load bearing masonry, structural steel and timber framing clad with rendered masonry, cladding systems, performance glazing and bush fire safety features.

The “Terraces at Kalyra” has been the fifth successful collaboration of Pascale Construction and James Brown Memorial Trust. Other Pascale/James Brown Memorial Trust residential construction enterprises have been in Mansfield Park, Findon, Clovelly Park and Campbelltown.
