This project for the Adelaide Cemeteries Authority involved the construction of two mausoleum structures at the Cheltenham Cemetery.

In addition to building the two external crypt modules was the demolition of an existing shed and maintenance compound, and the undertaking of extensive landscaping and associated siteworks.

The mausoleums are of steel and concrete construction covered with walls of sandstone and clad in polished granite tiles, with illuminated vases completing the finished works.

Given a significantly small site with minimal access coupled with a global pandemic, delays in the project completion looked imminent especially with the granite cladding.

The Pascale Construction Team met the challenges by procuring the granite cladding from alternate suppliers and maintained clear communication with our Client.

Most notably, Pascale Construction deployed careful and deliberate Covid-19 site management at the height of the pandemic, to deliver this project on time and on budget, meeting client expectations and delivering a quality outcome.
