6 Greenhill Road, Wayville

Pascale Construction was selected as the Managing Contractor to undertake base building works refurbishment on behalf of the landlord for a 2 storey Greenhill Road office building.

The site was near the corner of the busy Greenhill Road and Anzac Highway intersection and required strict adherence to the Pascale Construction detailed management plan particularly with regard to traffic management, access and deliveries.

The work involved the demolition and stripping of the existing fit out and complete upgrade of wall, floor and ceiling finishes as well as services. In addition, the amenities were refurbished and new partitions and staircase were installed.

Redecoration of the façade including a new entry canopy completed the works which were delivered on time and within budget.
