Richard Zanchetta

Managing Director

Richard is a senior leader in building development and construction team management. He is a highly skilled project director and project manager and has delivered a broad range of projects for public and private sector clients. Richard is also experienced at overseeing multi-disciplinary teams comprising site managers, estimators and administrators.

With close to 30 years’ industry management experience and 20 years as a Company Director, Richard has overseen major construction and infrastructure projects for commercial property development, education and industrial sectors.

Richard is a professional, dynamic and creative individual who thrives on fresh challenges. He has earned a reputation for being able to digest new information efficiently, adapt quickly to change and maintain productivity under pressure. This skillset is the reason why Richard is at helm of Pascale Construction.
