Fred started his career as an apprentice bricklayer in 1975, recognising a desire to improve and expand in his trade. Since 1975, Fred has expanded and developed his trade into a successful business. The evolution of Pascale Construction reflects his own dedicated path of continual development. The company’s progress through time has afforded Fred an appreciation of the value of keeping informed and ahead of political and commercial changes in the construction industry.

Since obtaining his bricklayer and stone masonry certificate, Fred has pursued further managerial achievement and better tradecraft through advanced qualifications, board and panel membership, and constant contribution and advocacy for the industry.

Fred is enthusiastic and passionate about great rapport with clients and staff. He prides himself on establishing and maintaining mutually rewarding relationships.
