Randy enjoys his retirement and shares his work experience

June 1, 2014

Randy’s career started in 1973 in the Canadian summer in Medicine Hat, a small city of Alberta Province in Canada. In the early 1984 Randy migrated to Australia.

In the last 40 years Randy worked in the commercial and residential areas from a hands-on carpenter to project manager.

Randy joined Pascale Construction’s team in 2010 and has completed some challenging and complex projects. However, there is a good personal experience with Pascale as he commented  “there is a distinct feeling of belonging to a group of co-workers that care and take pride in their jobs and positions and this reflected in the way in which both Fred and Richard treat their employees and manage the Company”, Randy affirmed.

The message he would like to send to the young generation starting in the Construction Industry is “it can be very rewarding knowledge wise and financially, this comes with the negative of being stressful and full on. Looking back, it was the correct field for me”.

For the time being, Randy is keeping occupied with traveling, spending time with his adored grandchildren and parents, and looking after his fitness and health, “I haven’t even got onto my list of hobbies to start up at this point”, Randy commented.
