Pascale wins three awards

August 18, 2015

We are thrilled to announce that Pascale Construction has once again been recognised as an industry leader and have taken home three awards at the 2015 Master Builders Association South Australia Building Excellence Awards gala event held at the Adelaide Convention Centre on Friday 14 August.

Fred and Richard acknowledge the exceptional efforts of all Pascale Construction staff and their commitment to excellence. We would also like to thank our clients, subcontractors and suppliers for their continuous support, and look forward to the year ahead which already has some exciting and ground breaking opportunities for Pascale Construction.

Excellence in a Commercial / Industrial Building $1m to $2m

Kings Park Medical Centre

“The construction of the works adjacent to a busy main road, adjoining an existing operating medical centre was achieved through continuous collaboration with the client and good management systems. Pascale Construction achieved a seamless transition from the new works to the refurbished sections of the project”, wrote MBASA.

Excellence in a Commercial / Industrial Building $5m to $10m

Kensington Special School Relocation

According to MBASA “Pascale Construction implemented well proven management systems on site and the finishes were executed well in difficult lighting conditions. This was especially evident in relation to the plasterboard surfaces. The clients’ expectations were managed very well, with the onsite client an advocate for the builder. Stage 2 also provided difficulties for the builder in providing access to the site and coordination with the adjacent school to achieve this.”

Excellence in Brickwork

Elizabeth Special School

“The brickwork and finish achieved can only be described as of exceptional quality with bed joints and perpends lining up exactly in most of the walls. In two of the walls where coloured bricks were used to form a pattern, these bricks were marginally shorter but the bricklayer managed to lay them almost exactly lining up perpends”, commented MBASA.
