A view to retire to by Pascale Construction

March 23, 2017

Pascale Construction was the Head Contractor for this unique enterprise known as “The Terraces at Kalyra” after a competitive tendering process. Ultimately their strong relationship with James Brown Memorial Trust based on experience and a dedicated and ongoing commitment to their client’s expectations, provided Pascale with the opportunity to deliver this new level in retirement living in Belair.

The greenfield site was ear-marked for development and was within the Trust’s Kalyra landholding in Belair. Belair is located in the Mitcham Hills – the southern foothills of Adelaide-  just a 15 minute drive from the CBD. Kalyra enjoys the same iconic views over Adelaide that is appreciated by the many diners and tourists who flock to the Windy Point Restaurant and Observation Point. Belair National Park is one of the main attractions of the area.

This project delivered 14 architecturally-designed, state-of-the-art terrace homes with enviable views of Adelaide from the hills to the coast. Set in a private serene bushland setting, just off Belair Road at Belair, you’ll notice the unique treetop setting with breathtaking, unimpeded views across the city to the coast.

Each contemporary home is fitted out with high quality fixtures, finishes and appliances and offers spacious open plan living, master bedroom complete with walk-in robe and ensuite and a spectacular outdoor deck, taking advantage of the stunning views and is ideal for entertaining family and friends.

But if the view doesn’t totally capture you, retirement life at Kalyra is ideal among this inclusive community. This is an exclusive and rare retirement-living offering in the Adelaide foothills, with only fourteen luxury homes in the project.

The “Terraces at Kalyra” has been the fifth successful collaboration of Pascale Construction and James Brown Memorial Trust. Other Pascale/James Brown Memorial Trust residential construction enterprises have been in Mansfield Park, Findon, Clovelly Park and Campbelltown.
