Pascale Construction has been turning great ideas into great buildings since 1982. We began as four craftsmen operating from an inner-city worker’s cottage in Adelaide. We now deliver multi-million dollar commercial, residential, and industrial across South Australia.
1982
Fred & Marina Pascale establish Pascale Construction as a commercial bricklaying business
1990
Relocation from Fred & Marina’s back room to a larger office in Stepney, accommodating the growing team of 4 office staff & 20 tradespeople
1995
Pascale Construction expands its service offering to include construction works
1997
Pascale Construction delivers its first major project, La Casa Del Formaggio
1998
Awarded the Gateway to Adelaide Water Feature project - a milestone for the company
2000
Completed construction of the entire Gateway to Adelaide Project at the intersection of the Freeway, Portrush, Glen Osmond & Cross Rd
2006
Richard Zanchetta is appointed a Director and Shareholder of Pascale Construction
2008
Awarded the Thomas Moore College Science Building project- a project in excess of $5 million and another milestone for Pascale Construction
2012
Pascale Construction celebrates 30 years in business and a re-brand launch
2017
Completion of the Bunnings Warehouse Windsor Gardens project, being in excess of $25 million
2019
Denes Sarakinis is appointed as shareholder of Pascale Construction
2022
