Kings Park Medical Centre

Pascale Construction was contracted to construct and manage the project of Kings Park Medical Centre building extension.  

The works involved the construction of a 2 storey extension to the existing building including multiple tenancies consisting of main foyer, consulting, treatment and retail areas. In the main foyer an open stairwell and lift access were constructed.

Fit outs for all the rooms were also included in the works.  The new building was built with conventional structural steel and precast panels. Detailed finishes were required to give the building a more modernised look.

Due to client’s requirements and needs to maintain maximum operational areas at any one time, programming was the main challenge.

The Pascale team addressed the requirements by working closely with the client and end users to maintain the programme and meet their needs.
